Class Registration

Register For Classes

Once Enroll Jeffco is completed and approved by our enrollment secretary, you will receive a detailed email to set up your Praxi account. This is where you will register for classes. Both current and new families will enroll by completing the enrollment forms in your family’s Praxi account.

For the 2025-2026 school year, the Activity Fee will be $30 per student. This will be charged to your account at the time of class registration.

($30 Activity Fee per student, per year)

Choosing Classes

The course descriptions in the Course Catalog are the best guide for choosing classes for your student. Because our classes encompass a range of grades, it is important to give careful attention to the descriptions, requirements, and expectations (see below) in order to choose classes that meet your abilities as a parent, the needs of your student, and your homeschool routine. We are unable to allow students to “audit” classes (that is, to attend but not complete the homework). When you sign up for classes, you are agreeing to complete the required work for the class. Opportunity is available for schedule change at the request of the family, but we ask that you do your best to select appropriate courses during the enrollment period to facilitate the smoothest experience for your student. If a student is not placed appropriately for the level of a class, teachers and the administration will work with parents to reassign the student to an appropriate class, sometimes resulting in a broader schedule change.

Schedule Changes

Schedule Changes (UPDATED!)
Parents may make schedule changes for their student(s) using the Schedule Change form on Praxi until 9/19/2025. Changes are dependent on class availability. Your schedule is not final until you are notified of approval by email.

Guidelines for schedule changes:

  • After the schedule change deadline above, only special circumstances, such as a course needed for high school graduation, will be considered as grounds for a schedule change. Other extenuating circumstances will be considered at the discretion of the principal. You must request an appointment with Allycia Taussig. Please contact the office to schedule an appointment via Mrs. Taussig’s appointment calendar.

  • New students will have two (2) weeks to solidify their classes and make changes.

  • Only parents may make schedule changes.

  • No more than one (1) schedule change per class period will be approved.

  • Students must be enrolled in six (6) different classes.

  • Office Aide and Teacher’s Aide/”Teacher-in-Training” are the same class, therefore, students can not enroll in both.

  • The same class may not be taken two periods in a year. (For example, students may only be an Aide or “Teacher-in-Training” for one period/one teacher.)

  • Parents should be aware that students in grades 9-12 receive a WP (withdrawal passing) or WF (withdrawal failing) on their permanent transcript for the class that is being dropped.

  • High school students may have the option of changing classes at semester, with the approval of the principal and parents, but changes may only be made between December 1 and 18, 2025.

Schedule changes can be requested by submitting a Schedule Change Request form in your Praxi account.

Steps to make a schedule change:

  1. Log in to your family’s Praxi account.
