11th Grade SAT
*Sign Up Closed*

The Summit Academy offers the SAT for 11th grade students as a way to see if they are on track with their college prep education, and as a way to meet homeschool testing requirements.

Full-time 11th grade Summit students are required to take the SAT*;

part-time (homeschooled) 11th-graders may choose to take it.

The SAT will be offered at Summit on Tuesday, April 14, with a makeup date of Tuesday, April 28.

The SAT test administration may interfere with college classes.

Students should communicate with college professors

to determine which day is the best day to miss classes.

Students should create an account on the College Board website. Go to collegeboard.org to do this.

Essay is optional. Indicate in the sign up below if the student intends to do the essay portion. HOWEVER, the student must register for the essay portion through College Board, as well.

There are multiple ways for students to prepare.

A test practice book is provided to each 11th grade Summit student.

If you have not picked one up, you may do so at the front desk.

There is also an excellent SAT prep at Khan Academy.
